Breakfast:

A typical Jamaican breakfast would consist of either liver, ackee & saltfish, Mackerel or Red Herring. They can all be served with any of the following: fried dumpling, fried bammy, boiled banana, boiled dumpling and yam.

Lunch:

Lunch is pretty light. You have the choice of eating patty and cocoa bread, Grotto bread, bun and cheese, meat loaf,or box lunch.

Dinner:

Jamaican dinner is known world wide. They're famous for serving curry chicken, curry shrimp, Escovitch fish, steam fish, oxtail, stew peas, stew pork, tripe and beans, cow feet, or steam cabbage with your choice of saltfish or corned beef. Curry goat could also be served, but they're usually eaten on special occasions, or for Sunday dinner.
